Tonight I was pleasantly surprised to find that my comment to an Arutz 7 article had been published. The article was

I emphasize the word "surprised." Read the article, then my comment, remember that Arutz 7 is located in Beth-El where Shlomo Aviner is co-Chief Rabbi, and you'll understand why.

Here is my comment (#19):

"Rabbenu Tzvi Yehudah ztz"l also said that one should do everything in order to delay and to prevent the giving up [even part] of the Land of Israel. Rav Melamed and Rav Lior understand this. Shlomo Aviner does not. He says one cannot refuse orders to expel Jews. He was seen chit-chatting with the Azza expulsion commander. (See photo below.) He was the one who attacked Jews who were acting on Rabbenu Tzvi Yehudah's dictate. See testimony at: www.aviner.net."

Furthermore I went to the original article, to which Hillel Fendel referred.

"Shalom Aleichem. Regarding Rav Shlomo Aviner's article, I am confused. His statements here contradict his behavior in Azza this summer where he criticized and otherwise attacked Jews who were defending their homes in Eretz Yisrael. The army and police were participants in the expulsion, something which Rav Aviner clearly states is against the Hallachah. Why, then did Rav Aviner prevent and otherwise discourage residents of Azza from doing what needed to be done to defend their homes effectively, and thus prevent their fellow Jews (gov't officials, soldiers, and police) from going against a very big issur of the Torah? Thank you."

Dear Mr. President (and Cabinet),

Below is an article which sums up the Hamas controlled Arab authority in Yehudah, Shomron, & Azza (Judea, Samaria, & Gaza).

With all due respect, Sir,...don't you get it yet? They want to destroy Israel.

And, do you really think that even if Israel met all of those ridiculous demands they would actually recognize Israel? Of course not!

The reason for the Hamas vistory is clear. The only difference between Fatah and Hamas is that Fatah chose to employ the European leftist tactic of lying more often than Hamas. The only difference between Hamas YSh"W, Fatah YSh"W and the so-called "Israeli" Arabs YSh"W is that Israeli Arabs YSh"W are more patient, willing to wait until they out populate the Jews through their higher birthrate.

The Arabs of Yehudah, Shomron, & Azza voted for Hamas for only one reason. They are impatient. They see a weak Israel, a sickening puppet of the US, and they see that the time is ripe to pounce. The Israel of today is unlike the victor of the Six Day and Yom Kippur Wars. The Israel of today runs away from terrorism and rewards it, hoping for a smile and pat on the back from the EU (which they'll never get), and money from the US. Like an addict, one dollar is too much, and a billion, never enough!

Is it not US policy not to give in to terrorist demands? Then why should Israel have to?

And for goodness sakes, Mr. Presidant, when will you finally accept that there is no difference between Hamas YSh"W and Al-Qaeda YSh"W?

Do you really have to wait for a Hamas-like 9/11 attack on US soil before you are willing to accept this fact? May The Almighty grant you the necessary wisdom, so that it does not have to come to that.

Haniyeh Calls for "A just peace or no peace"

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh presented the Hamas vision for peace to be based on Israeli concessions in an opinion piece in the British publication the Guardian on Friday.

Haniyeh criticized the international community for putting pressure on Hamas to recognize Israel and accept agreements signed with Israel in the past, while no demands are being put on Israel. "Do policymakers in Washington and Europe ever feel ashamed of their scandalous double standards? Before and since the Palestinian elections in January, they have continually insisted that Hamas comply with certain demands," Haniyeh wrote.

Haniyeh claimed that his intention was to pursue peace in the region stating, "the Hamas supports peace and seeks to put an end to the bloodshed. The Hamas reaches out its hand to peace based on justice."

Haniyeh proceeded to outline the basis for his proposed peace plan as one that called for a complete Israeli withdrawal from all lands conquered in 1967, including East Jerusalem, the destruction of all Israeli settlements and the expulsion of all Israeli settlers in those areas, Israel's immediate release of all Palestinian prisoners and a demand that Israel recognize the Palestinian right of return.

After these conditions are met the Hamas would agree to an end to acts of bloodshed carried out by both sides. Haniyeh re-stated the Palestinians legitimate "right to self-defense by any means" and stressed that the Palestinians intend to continue their struggle to break free from the ongoing Israeli occupation.

The following was prompted by Shiloh Muse's well-stated piece "Israeli Supreme Court."

The Supreme Court functions as a shadow government in Israel. The Court makes up the law as it goes along, and according to its own wishes. It is guided primarily by its desire to maintain its power over the country. Yet, it is also influenced by European public opinion, Western, academic elite, sensibilities, and, of course, the all-encompassing hatred for all things Jewish (Read: all things related to Torah).

What happened to Arutz 7 in its attempt at "legal," radio broadcasting is a good example. After the K'nesset granted Arutz 7 its permit to broadcast, the Supreme Court intervened, claiming that the K'nesset legalized the radio station...illegally. ???

The Israeli Supreme Court maintains power through its self-perpetuation. New justices are appointed by a committee, comprised of the Chief Justice, one other justice, the attorney general, and a couple of token K'nesset members.

Truly democratic "checks and balances" are simply nonexistent in Israel.

No matter whom we elect this year (28 Adar 5766), or any other year, Aharon Baraq YSh"W, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, will continue to be our president, Shimon Peres YSh"W will be our Prime Minister, Yossi Beilin YSh"W will be the Ambassador-at-large and "moral conscience," etc. (May God help us!)

The only reason the K'nesset is now able to consider a possible "constitution," is because the left will be able to manipulate the outcome. A constitution will gain points with the U. S. AND give even more "legitimacy" to the Supreme Court, and to the accompanying Baraq-Peres shadow dictatorship.

Aviner is at it again!

Earlier this week, Shlomo Aviner, otherwise known as the RaSh"A* of Beth El was heard on the French language radio news admonishing all those who threw rocks at police in Amona. Yet, no word was mentioned whatsoever about the abuses and unprovoked attacks of the police against those engaging in civil disobedience, to which various news reports, left, right, and center, have already testified.

There were many "mamlachtim" there at Amona, many of whom decided that they would leave without a fight As many news reports show, none of them had a change.

How can people still call this man "Rav?"

So, tell me, my dear Mamlachti brothers,...and it's becoming increasingly difficult for me to refer to you with that term, where is the Hallachic (Jewish legal) source that says it was wrong for the protestors to defend Jewish homes and land from these violations and trespasses?

Oh,...that's right. You people don't care about Hallachah. You just don't like stiroth (contradictions) between the Torah and Israeli pseudo-law, so you go out of your way to reconcile them,...at all costs,...even if it means (God forbid) compromising God's Torah and misswoth.

It's a shame that all of these funds -- which could have bought food for countless hungry Jews, as well as winter coats and blankets for the wandering, homeless Jews, formerly of Azza (Gaza) -- didn't at least go toward publicizing the truth about Yisshaq Rabin YSh"W.

Instead, money -- which could have paid the salaries of several of the 2,500 Israeli teachers who were laid off this year -- was wasted on the publicity for one of the biggest pack of lies publicized in Israeli history: The Life of Yisshaq Rabin YSh"W.

Why is it that The Real Rabin is being hidden from the Jewish People? From the rest of the world?

Yisshaq Rabin YSh"W ordered men of the Haganah under his command to shoot at the 13 surrendering Jews, the surrendering Holocaust survivors, desparately jumping off of the ship the Alta Lena, after attempting to smuggle weapons into Israel to aid their fellow Jews in their struggle for independence and self-determination.*

Rabin started the suicidal Oslo War.

Weapons were presented to the Palestinian Authority [PA] because of Rabin YSh"W, weapons which were and are used to kill Jews,...Shimon Peres's YSh"W false statement that Jews were being killed by bombs not guns, not withsatnding.
